My Spring Break Experience!

Seeing as a few days of blogging have been skipped, I am going to write about my Spring Break experience (in a nutshell). :) First of all, we left cold, rainy and snowy Ohio and arrived in Tampa, Florida. From there we drove to Homosassa Springs (Crystal River area) where we stayed in a condo for a few nights. None of us had been there before so it was definitely a new experience! haha! We had a free day the first day and we just layed out in the 80 degree weather (which we all miss!!) and got some rafts! The rafts were a fantastic purchase. :) The next few days we just hung around in the mornings and had some fun then played golf in the afternoon. We played at Southern Woods where we got some great lessons from the pro there, Rick Kelso. He was awesome!! The first day we played some golf then the next day we got lessons, which helped us all a lot! :) We went out to a few team dinners.. one of which we ate GATOR TAIL (well, I didn't.. but almost everyone else did! yuck!!!). After leaving Homosassa, we traveled up to the Tampa area to play St. Leo! The course was beautiful and it was actually a PGA qualifiers course- awesome, huh!? The girls from St. Leo were great and we had a lot of fun playing with them. After playing in our tournament, we had team dinner and then drove back to Tampa. We stayed there until we left on Friday morning for home, where the weather was quite a difference compared to what we were just in for a week!! Overall, our trip to Florida was really good- we all had a blast and the team bonded really well! :) I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter tomorrow and enjoys some time with their families! Adios! PS- Pretty, Pretty Princesses STILL rule and Mighty Ducks STILL drool! :)
